Low condo fees, best location of the André-Grasset project. Very close to the Claude Robillard center and 3 grocery store. Easy access to the metropolitain. You will feel in the suburbs without the traffic ! Within walking distance of the Cremazie metro station and quick access to downtown by car.

 

Possibility to include appliances in furniture during negotiation. Also, possibility to finish the current mortage which is at a very advantageous 4.8% 

 

New air conditioning unit recently installed with 5 more years of warranty still on it.
