Wonderfully updated maintenance free townhouse condominium in great complex near Sunrise Shopping Center and Williamsburg Center.

The entire unit has been painted top to bottom, has new front and rear doors and all new windows (with the exception of the basement window which will be replaced in the near future).

The main floor has beautiful ceramic tile throughout the kitchen, 1/2 bath and hallway with laminate in the large living room / dining room. Kitchen updates include new countertop, new sink & faucet, new ceiling fan, new range hood and painted cabinets. The fridge and stove are also included. The 1/2 bath has a new vanity with cultured marble top, new faucet, new lighting, fixtures, trim and baseboard.

The 2nd level consists of 3 bedrooms and the main bathroom all of which have new trim and baseboards. The 4pc bathroom has a new vanity with cultured marble top, new faucet, new lighting and new fixtures and can be accessed through either the hallway or large 11x15 ft master bedroom. The master bedroom closet along with the hall and 2nd bedroom closet all have new sliding closet doors. The master and hall closet also have newly installed closet organizers.
