ATTENTION NATURE LOVERS !!  If you are looking for a quiet peaceful property where you can enjoy nature at it's finest, then perhaps this is the place for you.  Beautiful waterfront home only 10 minutes from Parry Sound. The property is just under an acre and offers lots of privacy with mature maple, birch and soft wood trees. Wildlife abounds in this small cove on Harris Lake. Imagine being able to watch a family of otters at play, or a pair of loons as they search for the perfect spot for their nest. 

The home has cathedral ceilings with 3 skylights where you can see the lake from the upper loft. The railing and beams of the loft are crafted in BC cedar.  Also on the upper level are two large bedrooms.  The master bedroom has his & hers closets and a 5 piece ensuite bathroom with separate shower and a 4 man luxurious jetted tub - all complimented by cedar accents.

There are two upper balconies. One from the bedroom overlooking the lake and the other from the bedroom on the road side.

On the main floor there is an open concept living/dining area, Hanover Kitchen with  oak cabinets, large bedroom with two closets & built in organizers, laundry room and oversized 4 piece bathroom. There is a 30X8 feet ground level deck that allows easy wheelchair access.

The full block basement with workshop and oversized door allows easy entry of snowmobiles and ATV's.

There is 78 feet of natural scenic shoreline. It is dockable with a permit from the MNR. 

Other features include the owned 60 gallon hot water heater, central vacuum system, satellite dish, 405 foot drilled well, breakfast bar in the kitchen.  There is even a laundry chute! The house is heated with a central forced air electric furnace as well as an outdoor wood furnace that heats the hot water as well.  You can store your wood, snowblower, lawn tractor and fun toys in the 40X16 feet carport.

You can enjoy fishing, boating & watersports on Harris Lake or venture out to the ATV and snowmobile trails right from the property. With all that Georgian Bay has to offer just minutes away......
