Lovely, bright and sunny cottage with a perennial garden on a quiet, family-friendly, tree-lined street in west NDG. 3 bedrooms, nicely proportioned and bright, all with good closet space. Best bathroom on the block! Renovated and enlarged in 2005, has separate shower and claw-foot bathtub. A guest bedroom in the basement with ensuite bathroom doubles as a playroom, and has lots of storage. Integrated garage with direct access to the basement. Great location, half a block from a supermarket and a pharmacy, a hop, skip and a jump to three recently renovated children's playgrounds, and a 15 minute walk east to Monkland village and west to Concordia's Loyola campus. Wonderful neighbours.
