For all potential and only serious buyers, I am open to a fairy and frank negotiation on the asking price.

My actual asking price is based on the dimensions of the house(a very large family home with 2 and half storey), its well known and legendary neighbourhood of Old Chicopee area for its quietness, its closness to all amenities,sports, HWYs( 7,8, 401) and all public/private services.

The asking price( $279,900 ) also include the 5 appliances(an almost brand new pair of washer/dryer machine(front load duet) on the first floor, a large capacity fridge and self-clean stove of very good quality on the main floor, and finally a a huge freezer("Excellence") in the basement.

However, it will be up to the buyer to reconsider and negotiate the asking price without including the above appliances .
