LESS THEN A MILE FROM THE SHERBROOKE UNIVERSITY ,WHERE THREES ARE KING , IT,S LIKE LIVING IN THE COUNTRY BUT IN HE HART OF THE CITY ,IN A VERY PEACEFULL AND SAFE INVIRONMENT. KIDS CAN WALK TO  A PRIMARY SCHOOL AND A PARK CLOSE BY,  SECOND ROW OF THE MAGOG RIVER.2  MINUTES AWAY FROM THE FREEWAY.MINUTES FROM SHOPPING CENTERS AND ALL SERVICES. THIS HOUSE AS ALOT OF POTENTIAL.
