"Since listing the house on the "ByTheOwner" web site, the interest in the property was beyond our expectations. In just two days we have received multiple and very competitive offers. Emotionally, it was really tough to choose one and reject other offers, especially when people showed uncompromised dedication towards making this house their home. Overall, it was a pleasure presenting and selling our house, especially when the house speaks well for itself. Hopefully, we are all feeling wiser and richer for one more experience. If we did not take a chance, we would have not learned how important is to believe in self and still have faith in others while staying positive no matter how challenging the situation is.
